Dresses match the US size chart , but may differ slightly from the charts of other productions, so please check your size according to our size chart before buying.
If you have any questions with the choice of size, please contact us to get help.
Customer is responsible for the correctness of the measurements. If you are in doubt about it, please send us pictures of how you measure them so we can check on correctness.
We are responsible for ensuring that the dress matches your size.
But we also want you to undesrtand that every womans body is unique and maybe you will need to do minor alterations with local sewer to get perfect fit, which is normal prcatice, ordering dress without fittings.

If you need a special shade of the fabric, please contact us for clarification, so we can send you a video and photos in different lighting.

TAILORING TIME AND DELIVERY:
Usually we need 20 - 50 days to create dress ,depends on workload.
Please specify the production time of your dress before placing an order.
We are kindly asking you to order your dress in advance.Sewing time on average 20 working days, not including holidays and weekends.We guarantee to send the dress no later than 50 days,the postal company assumes further responsibility.
Our shop is not responsible for delays in delivery time, but we will be happy to help you find out where your package is.
In any case, if you want to be calm, make your order in advance.

RETURN
Since all our dresses are made to order, we accept to return/exchange dresses , only if:
Design or fabric are not the same that we discussed
Measurements of the dress are not answering to your size (measurements you gave us)
In this case, you have to contact us within 3 days of delivery and ship back package within 7 days.
